Resetting the Device Equipment List
The Remote Sampler app downloads and stores a list of field equipment for use during the sample collection process. This list is updated periodically when the device app restarts. However, it is possible to manually trigger the re-extraction of the equipment data on the device.
From the Home screen, open the Options screen.
On the Options screen, scroll down and tap on the toggle to Enable Debug Mode.
Scroll down further and tap on the orange button Equipment List.
Tap on the Yes button to confirm the start of the re-extraction process.
The app will then confirm that the process has been initialised.
Return to the Home screen and use the Exit button to close the app.
Following this restart, the equipment list will be updated.
