On cloud Remote Sampler systems, the desktop hub application is still available for users to perform administrative tasks. To access the desktop hub application, it is necessary to create a remote desktop connection to the cloud server. As part of the setup process of the cloud system, your support contact will provide you with connection details to your specific server instance. These credentials can be used to access the server by following Microsoft's instructions here for Windows 10 and here for Windows 7.
